OPECA defies govt warning; conducts CET

Bhubaneswar: Paying deaf ears to the warning of the state government, the Orissa Private Engineering Colleges’ Association (OPECA) on Sunday conducted the Common Entrance Test (CET) to fill up the vacancies in various engineering colleges.
